Brief Description:
Lincoln Property Company’s 5th & John project in Seattle’s Uptown will feature a 9-story life science building with a 60/40 lab-to-office split, underground parking, 94 bike stalls, retail/restaurant space, and a public plaza. Adjacent to Seattle Center and the monorail, it offers rooftop views of the Space Needle and Elliott Bay. The project targets LEED Gold certification and will be built entirely by union labor.

Brief Description:
This vibrant mixed-use development will offer 743 rental homes, including 93 units reserved for very low-income households. Residents will enjoy over an acre of rooftop gardens with sweeping views, 18,500 SF of amenities like fitness, co-working spaces, and a sky lounge. The project also features 11,000 SF of retail space, 12,000 SF of creative studios, and an active street frontage along Sunset and Highland.
